The government developed the programme, which includes three blocks: evaluation of tendencies of 2009 economic development; Cabinet of Ministers' urgent bailout measures; and priorities of socioeconomic policies for 2010.The government calls its top priority rehabilitation of state finances.
Among other priorities Cabinet calls recovery of the banking system and stimulating the flow of investments.
In the programme the government calls its priorities in the social policy, humanitarian sphere, safety of human living, ensuring conditions for further socioeconomic growth, development of the real sector of the economy, regional policy, defensive capacity of the state, perfecting activities of the law-enforcement bodies, and cooperation with international organisations. To the programme they enclose forecast indicators of macroeconomic and social development of Ukraine for 2010.
